Our Lovely Team!

At Station House we are proud of our dedicated team, with some who have been here since opening in 2005!

Through creating a relaxed friendly environment where practitioners are appreciated and their ideas and aspirations valued and supported, we have developed a team who are passionate about what they do. This in turn, limits staff turnover resulting in a close and familiar team, offering the children in our care continuity and a stable environment.

We recognise the value of excellent education and qualifications, yet we also place a strong emphasis on the importance of experience and continual professional development. We aim for all our staff members to either be qualified or working towards the completion of a recognised qualification (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ). Furthermore, all members of staff will hold a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, complete regular Safe Guarding training and all new members of staff are subject to DBS clearance.
